Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully before sending items back.


Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns of regular-priced products in resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
  • Sale items and items purchased with a promo code are not eligible for refunds. (Promo-code purchases are exchange-only.)
  • We will refund shipping charges only if we made an error in your order (wrong style, size, or product). In this case, please contact our customer service team for approval before returning the goods.

Apparel Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all apparel must:

  • Be in its original packaging with all original tags attached
  • Be unused, unwashed, clean, and free from wear
  • Be free of odours, stains, or marks (including cigarette smoke, detergent, animal dander, deodorant, etc.)

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at operations@soldierofchrist.co.uk to request return approval.
  2. Package the Item 
    • Use the original packaging
    • Include all tags, instructions, and attachments
    • Clearly include your order number
  3. Ship the Item
    • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
    • Additional customs fees may apply on returns from outside Thailand
    • The customer is also responsible for shipping fees and duties associated with replacement items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm its arrival and whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The timeline depends on your financial institution.
  • Any import duties incurred by SOC will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Promo-code purchases: refunds not available, exchange only.

Sale Items & Promo-Code Purchases

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale items and items purchased with a promo code cannot be refunded — exchange only.

Important Notes

  • Import Taxes: During returns or exchanges, import taxes may apply and will be charged accordingly.
  • Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are borne by the customer. Contact our staff for an accurate estimate.
  • Courier Services: If you return items via a courier other than DHL, additional charges may apply due to extra customs procedures.
  • Discretion: All returns and exchanges are at the discretion of SOC.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or returned.
